Consultant Banking and Insurances
Delivery of national and international implementation projects - rollout of lean processes and structures within banks and insurances, focussing on operations and distribution
Implementation of lean transformation programs through reorganization of organizational structures and processes
Coaching and attendance of the client to ensure sustainability
Preparation of project results in workshops with client employees
Creative development of consulting tools
Your profile:
- 2-5 years professional experience either in Consulting or in banking or in the insurance industry with a focus on corporate- and organizational development
- Degree in Economics, MBA or PhD desired
- Deep knowledge in process cycles within a bank or an insurance, particularly detailed knowledge of business processes in the areas of operations and distribution
- Business fluent English and German
- Distinct analytical and structuring skills
- Strong commitment and implementation skills
- A high degree of willingness to travel nationally and internationally
