Head of Lean Manufacturing
- Leading a team of 2-3 Lean experts
- Responsibility for all sites across Europe
- Improvement of processes within the warehouses in all countries - Lean
Warehousing:
- Analysis and identification of optimization potentials
- Execution of quality and efficiency projects - Implementation of lean processes
- Coaching of employees on-site
- Report to the Head of Warehousing Logistics
Your profile:
- Several years experience in Lean Manufacturing, ideally with exposure to the retail industry
- Project Management experience
- Flexibile and mobile - you will need to travel to the different sites across Europe
- Technical or Business Administration University Degree
- Fluent German and English, 3rd European language ideal
- Hands-on oriented, highly motivated, highly creative, very independent
