Implementation Consultant
- Roll-out strategies in Operations Management, especially Lean Management, Product Development and Supply Chain Management
- Control of all implementation stages on all levels, whereby communicating with all hierarchies of the business
- Delivering training to the project teams and conducting Change Management on-site
- Continuously improve the methods of implementation both through your experience and with new creative ideas, enhancing your knowledge and the knowledge of the company
Your profile:
- Several years professional experience in Operations Management, ideally 4 to 8 years, especially in Lean Management, Product Development, Supply Chain Management and Logistics
- Project Experience in the implementation of Operations Management strategies
- Good or very good University Degree or University of Applied Science Degree
- Next to your hands-on experience you also have analytical skills which you need for mapping out of longterm projects
- Dedicated commitment and creativity as well as confidence and enthusiasm
- Convincing with very good social skills
- You can work well on your own as well as in a team
- You are willing to travel 4-5 days a week
- You are able to communicate in fluent German as well as in fluent English
