Rolling out a new Lean transformation program throughout the entire organization, starting from a system-wide diagnostic, to developing a vision of change and forming a realistic implementation plan followed up by leading and implementing the transformation projects.

Building skills of local team members, coaching and mentoring them; developing training materials

Becoming an expert in the transformation process in the organization, with a deep knowledge of a broad range of applicable improvement tools

Requirements:

• Very good or good University degree in Engineering or Economics
  

At least 5 years of intensive Lean Management experience

• Management consulting experience, ideally combined with relevant industry experience
  
• Extensive experience in leading and steering large scale operations transformation programs; Project Management experience
  
• Implementing best practice approaches in order to achieve transformational and cultural change
  
• Very good analytical and communication skills and excellent social skills
  
• Flexibility and willingness to travel 4 days every week for 2+ years
  
• Fluent English
