Senior Director Finished Goods Inventory Planning Europe
- Leading and driving a complete capability and behaviour transformation and implementing continuous improvement in the area of Inventory >Management and Planning.
- Reach service level of 94% and above, reduce costs
- Manage the FG planning team driving
- Lead the continuous improvement process of FG planning in Europe
- Assure proper stock allocation amongst the markets, incl. comprehensive inventory reporting. Drive excess inventory reduction
- Member of the European Supply Chain Management team
Your profile:
- Senior Supply Chain leader with 15 year plus experience in Supply Chain (planning) roles
- 10+ years functional experience in the area of finished goods inventory management S&OP, supply planning, demand planning (optional), ideally with complex Asia sourced planning products
- Customer focus
- Strong cross functional leadership skills
- Results driven, strong sense of ownership
- Experience in leading transformations and implementing continuous improvement
- Change Management
- Strong analytical skills
- Language skills: fluent English
