My client is a leading specialized Consultancy that has been breathing and delivering successful Continuos Improvement projects across most industries on an international scale for almost two decades now.

As they have recently been forming industry divisions within their general Continuous Improvement specialty they are now looking to have an additional Senior Consultant hired to join their Pharmaceutical team.

This is both a strategic and operational role. Delivering Continuous Improvement projects in the pharmaceutical industry. About two thirds of the projects will take place in Germany and about one third of the projects in the rest of Europe.

Your profile:

• University degree with above-average results
• A minimum of 5 years in-depth experience in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry, either as an external Consultant or within a pharmaceutical or medical technology company
• Experience in Operational Excellence in a pharmaceutical environment, production planning & controlling, inventory reduction, process and structure improvement
• Operational implementation experience in an industrial environment
• Mobility and flexibility to travel 4 days every week
• Fluent German and fluent English
