  • Leading and driving a complete capability and behaviour transformation and implementing continuous improvement in the area of Inventory >Management and Planning.
  • Reach service level of 94% and above, reduce costs
  • Manage the FG planning team driving
  • Lead the continuous improvement process of FG planning in Europe
  • Assure proper stock allocation amongst the markets, incl. comprehensive inventory reporting. Drive excess inventory reduction
  • Member of the European Supply Chain Management team

Your profile:

  • Senior Supply Chain leader with 15 year plus experience in Supply Chain (planning) roles
  • 10+ years functional experience in the area of finished goods inventory management S&OP, supply planning, demand planning (optional), ideally with complex Asia sourced planning products
  • Customer focus
  • Strong cross functional leadership skills
  • Results driven, strong sense of ownership
  • Experience in leading transformations and implementing continuous improvement
  • Change Management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Language skills: fluent English
